GOODIA

FAQ complète

What exactly is Good IA?

Good IA is a growth partner that restructures and automates service businesses of 2 to 30 people with AI. Concretely, we install three systems (CRM, project management, client onboarding) on your own tools, so you save time and get out of operations. We're not an execution AI agency that ships an automation and disappears: we structure first, automate next, and if it makes sense we stick around to help the business grow.

What type of company are you a fit for?

B2B service businesses: agencies (communications, marketing, web), studios, production, consulting firms, training organizations, coaches. Ideally 2 to 30 people, with a founder still involved in operations. We also work very well with solopreneurs who are already performing on their own (sometimes surrounded by a few freelancers depending on the project): if you're making solid revenue with patched-together tools (Sheets, WhatsApp, iPhone notes), you're our ideal client.

Who is Good IA NOT for?

Not for you if you're just starting with no revenue yet (your priority is selling), if you're a large company looking for internal AI training, or if your project is to build a SaaS. We'd rather lose a deal than sell you something useless.

Do I need to be technical to use your systems?

No, quite the opposite. Our clients aren't developers: Karim was running his business out of his iPhone notes. We build simple systems, and at the end of every project we train your team (live training plus a written tutorial with screenshots). You leave fully autonomous, even able to onboard new hires on it.

How much does it cost?

Installing a system, custom-tailored setup, costs between €6,000 and €8,000. It's delivered in 7 weeks, with a demo every week. You get an exact quote at the end of the diagnostic. Book your free audit.

How much does automating a service business with Good IA cost?

Most of our projects sit between €6,000 and €8,000 for a full system rollout. More complex custom projects start above €10,000. We deliberately stay in the lower end of the AI automation market, where full transformations often range from €15,000 to €30,000, because we work on systems we already master perfectly.

Is there a long-term commitment?

No, zero long-term commitment. The setup is a one-off project. If it's relevant and you need it, we can stay on to maintain the system or keep evolving other parts of your business. All our retainers are commitment-free: we don't abandon you, but we never lock you in either.

Do I become dependent on Good IA?

Absolutely not. Licenses, accounts, servers, data: everything is in your name, on your own tools (Notion, Folk…). You're not tied to us, your systems belong to you.

What does the follow-up look like, after delivery?

Once the AI System is installed, your problem is solved, you have nothing more to pay. If you'd like to keep improving the system with us, we offer simple plans between €500 and €2,500/month depending on your pace. The first month is always free and with no commitment.

Who owns and maintains the systems once delivered?

You do. On delivery, we transfer all access, train your team live, and leave you a complete tutorial (recording of the training plus a written guide with screenshots). You are fully autonomous. If you'd like us to keep handling maintenance or evolution, we can, but it's not required.

What happens if I stop working with you?

Nothing stops. Since everything belongs to you and everything runs on your tools, your systems keep working without us. It's the opposite of a platform that holds you hostage: at your stage, you need to be autonomous on what runs your business. Our goal is to make you independent, not captive.

Can't I just do it myself with Claude?

Unfortunately no. We use the latest AIs every day, and there's a difference between a demo that works one night on an ideal case and our production systems that run every day, are used by the entire team, and will still be running in 6 months. It's our job to save you that precious time.

AI agency vs. freelancer: what's the difference?

A freelancer executes what you ask. The problem: the real bottleneck is often in things that aren't structured enough to be automated yet. A freelancer will automate your chaos. We restructure your processes before automating them, with the goal of delivering business results, not just building a cool AI product.

Why not a classic AI agency?

Because they'll build you a sprawling machine that's hard to maintain and will make you dependent on them. We're the opposite: real expertise on the tools out there, we know their strengths and limits, and we assemble a robust architecture. You want to run your business, not manage a complex piece of outsourced software.

Why not do it in-house?

You can, and for small automations we even encourage you to keep your hands on it. But identifying the right problem, structuring processes, benchmarking and picking the right tools, then connecting it all cleanly, takes expertise that takes months to acquire. We save you that time, and we train you so you're autonomous afterwards.

How long until we see results?

Only 7 weeks for the full rollout, and the effect is almost instant. Our clients save around 9 hours per week on average as soon as the system is shipped.

Do you have measurable client results?

Yes. FindYourWay (solopreneur): over €200,000 in revenue in one year without hiring. Talent Catcher (agency): client onboarding cut from 30 minutes to 1 minute, and 47 hours of admin eliminated every month. BIRTH Productions (€16M revenue): over 1,000 commercial opportunities identified and 80% of their base enriched. Real results, on service businesses like yours.

Are your turnkey systems standardized?

No. We call them "systems" because we already know they work very well on this type of business, but every installation is custom: we clean your data, we adapt the flow to your reality and your processes. That's exactly why it takes several weeks rather than a few days.

What tools do you use?

A best-of-breed approach: the best tools on the market depending on your case (Notion, Folk, n8n, Make…), with Claude as the intelligence layer, connected end to end. We choose with you based on what's most coherent for your business. We don't force anything.
