GOOD IA LLC is established in the United States but targets audiences in the European Union. As such, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation EU 2016/679) applies, alongside the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents.

Data we collect

When you fill in our booking form, we collect:

• First name, last name
• Work email
• Phone
• Company name
• Indicative revenue and team size
• Technical data (anonymized IP, browser type, pages visited) via our analytics tool

Purposes & legal bases

• Prepare and run the call (pre-contractual measures at your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Follow-up commercial contact only if you ticked the dedicated box (consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Audience measurement & site improvement (legitimate interest via Umami, cookieless analytics; consent for the Meta Pixel advertising cookie).

Subprocessors

Your data may be processed by the following subprocessors:

• Calendly LLC (USA), meeting scheduling. Policy
• Notion Labs Inc. (USA), internal contact storage (lightweight CRM). Policy
• Vercel Inc. (USA), hosting. Policy
• Umami Software, Inc. (USA, EU infra), anonymized analytics. Policy
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland), advertising pixel, only if you accepted marketing cookies. Policy

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

International transfers

GOOD IA LLC and several of our subprocessors are based in the United States. Data transfers to the US are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or our subprocessors' adherence to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

Retention

Booking data is retained for 36 months from the last contact, unless you object. Technical logs are kept for at most 12 months.

Cookies & trackers

• Umami, anonymized audience measurement, no persistent cookies or personal identifiers (set without consent).
• Meta Pixel, advertising cookie for Instagram / Facebook retargeting (set only after your explicit consent).

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR (and CCPA where applicable), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction
• Request deletion
• Object to processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the CNIL (FR) or your local supervisory authority

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (TLS encryption, restricted access, logging) to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction.
